Audrey graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science (Medical/Veterinary Sciences) and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance. She then earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Tufts University School of Medicine and is a graduate of the MGH Institute of Health Professions Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency program.

Audrey began her dance training at a young age, studying a wide range of styles before focusing primarily on ballet in high school. During that time, she attended summer intensives with American Ballet Theatre and the University of Utah.

She has performed professionally for the past six years with companies throughout the New Hampshire and Maine Seacoast and the greater Boston area and has also had the opportunity to further her dance training in Argentina. In addition to performing, Audrey is a local ballet teacher, where she finds joy in integrating evidence-based practices into her instruction. She is currently pursuing her comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body and has completed training in Movement Principles and Reformer Levels 1–3.

Audrey’s combined background in dance, physical therapy, and Pilates allows her to provide specialized, evidence-based care for dancers and other performing artists. Her approach focuses on injury prevention, movement quality, performance optimization, and helping performers return to dance safely and confidently.
